Civil Engineering
We conduct all civil engineering design for both new construction and rehabilitation projects, including demolition, grading, utility improvement and erosion control plans. We provide in-house design services for special requirements, from preconstruction to completion; integrating the design, engineering, detailing, and installation in each project. We are known for carefully and creatively considering cost-effectiveness in our design.

Land Planning
We offer design and build services for park development/re-developments, construction of park connectors, customized landscape features for stormwater treatment in each project for a cost efficient and time effective delivery systems. Working as part of the development team, we identify site constraints and challenges, develop conceptual plans and project strategies, and meet regulatory entities’ guidelines. Our qualified landscape engineers have closely worked with our survey and stormwater design team to deliver innovative and enviormental friendly green structures without disturbing existing site features.
